Most of the time I did not know what was happening! Also, I asked if Dona could remove some blackheads but it appeared she couldn’t/they weren’t blackheads so I was left with with my face looking slightly worse than before! This is not necessarily Dona’s fault but overall a little more communication would be helpful.”
